Is Rico City a game like Torn?
Rico City is an independent browser crime RPG for players who enjoy persistent characters, criminal risk and a player economy. Its four career paths, visual city map, vehicles and idle-plus-live progression offer a different setting to explore. Rico City is not affiliated with or endorsed by Torn.
Can I play without downloading anything?
Yes. Rico City runs in a web browser on desktop and mobile. Start with the guest preview, then register to save a character and join the multiplayer city. An internet connection is required.
Is it free, and who is it for?
Rico City is free to play and intended for adults aged 18 and over. Optional supporter purchases are available. It is an evolving Alpha, so features and balance can change; game currency and assets have no real-world cash value.
Is this an idle game or a live multiplayer game?
Both. Timed career progression sits alongside active choices such as crimes, markets, travel and competition. Timers and eligibility apply; idle progress does not mean every action runs automatically or earns without limits.
Discovery measurement records the page, arrival time and broad traffic source without analytics cookies, IP addresses, account identifiers or stored browsing history. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Your browser or network may separately keep standard access logs.
